Building systems worthy of everyone
The systems that govern half the world's population were built without them in mind. Outdated norms constrain everyone within the system, including boys and men shaped by the same architecture.
When women and girls are safe, educated, and able to participate fully, economies grow, governance improves, communities strengthen — yet the architecture stays intact. Economic models undervalue women's work and deny them equal pay and ownership. Legal frameworks fail to protect bodily autonomy. Political institutions underrepresent women at every level. Underneath it all, cultural norms make inequality feel inevitable rather than constructed. The rollback is global, coordinated, and effective.
Gender inequity is not just a women's issue, and this work doesn't treat it as one.
This work directs capital with joyful urgency toward the institutions, policies, and economic models that make participation real rather than symbolic — across intersections of race, class, geography, culture, and gender expression. The entry points into this work are broader than they might appear: from bodily autonomy to boys' development to feminist economic policy. That range is part of the work, not a complication of it. This work exists to close that gap with sustained investment in systems worthy of the whole world.
